* This sukhii-9 project is situated at Bachupalli, a gated community project with three blocks. we did one block in this project which is 10 floors height and each slab is of 15000sft in area covering 10 flats out of which 6 flats are 3bhk and 4 flats are 2bhk
Scope of work
* Pcc work *Centring work with MS Sheets,Jacks and Acro Spans for beams,slabs and column *Barbending work for footings, pedestrals, columns, beams, staircase, lintels and chajjas,bolconies,slabs,watertank *Concreting M25 and M30 grade at all levels and heights and sunkenslabs * Brick work with red bricks at all heights ,liftwalls,parapet,flats of230mm thich and 115mm thick walls *Internal plastering single coat and External Plastering doublecoat
Cement concrete roads of 50feet and 80 feet width Construction along with CC drains, Sewage line , Electrical poles errection and plotting
